WEDDING DAY PLANNING
This service includes Day-of wedding coordination. Even if you decide not to accept any of the other services that Hudson Valley Events offers, this service is a must for all brides and grooms. Just the thought of having someone else take on the responsibility of ensuring that everything goes as planned on your wedding day is a great stress reducer itself. More importantly, contracting with Hudson Valley Events on your wedding day, allows you more time to reflect on all the special memories that lead up to this day. As with the Partial Wedding Planning service, this service can also be customized to meet your individual needs. Some of the services that are available within this package include (but are not limited to):

Consultation Services
- Complimentary initial consultation by telephone or in person (1 hour max.). This consultation may include wedding budget discussion, wedding planning timeline and checklist, and the scheduling of future wedding planning sessions.
- On-going consultation and advice as required
- Facilitate wedding rehearsal (1 hour max)
- Wedding Coordinator and assistant
- Wedding and reception coordination
- Wedding day itineraries provided for the bride, groom, and wedding party
- Pre-ceremony assistance for bride, groom, and wedding party
- Distribute final vendor payments
