This service includes partial wedding planning assistance. Maybe you have already secured the wedding and reception sites and have made contact with several vendors. Or, maybe you need some professional guidance regarding contracts or etiquette. Whatever the situation may be, Hudson Valley Events will customize our services to offer you exactly what you need. Consultation Services
Consultation Services
- Complimentary initial consultation by telephone or in person (1 hour max.). This consultation will include wedding budget discussion, wedding planning timeline and checklist, and the scheduling of future wedding planning sessions.
- Ongoing consultation and advice as required
- Vendor recommendation
- Review contract
- Finalization of contract with vendor
- Oversee delivery of contracted services
- Assist in selection of a wide assortment of wedding stationery ranging from engagement announcements to wedding invitations to Thank you notes.
- Active Dealer with Carlson Craft offering a wide variety of choices and styles to meet your individual needs.
- Assist with selection of wedding theme, style and color
- Assist with menu selection and creation
- Assist with wedding and reception sites
- Assist with room layout, set-up, and guest seating arrangements
- Out of town guest arrangements
- Facilitate wedding rehearsal (1 hours max)
- Plan and assist at rehearsal dinner
- Wedding Coordinator and assistant
- Wedding and reception coordination
- Wedding day itineraries provided for the bride, groom, and wedding party
- Pre-ceremony assistance for bride, groom, and wedding party
- Distribute final vendor payments
