April 30, 2005 at the Glenmere Mansion in Chester, New York. Anh
served as a "day-of" coordinator for us. Her assistance before and
during the entire process was invaluable.
Anh was extremely flexible from the time we met her through our wedding day. She courteously drove more than an hour to meet us on a Saturday morning even before we agreed to retain her services. At our initial meeting, she patiently explained all of the preparations we would require and how she would assist us in tending to those preparations. After we hired Anh, she was very accessible via telephone and email throughout the process, even though we only hired her as a “day-of” coordinator. In fact, she essentially managed and staffed our rehearsal dinner (the night before the wedding) on last minute notice because we had neglected to hire adequate catering staff.
It should be noted that we had an Indian wedding in a relatively remote mansion in upstate New York that did not have many facilities to speak of. Managing an Indian wedding in such a location on a rainy day, when both bride and groom were set on an outdoor wedding, is not an easy task. Anh expertly managed the entire event from morning through night. She helped us decide how and where at the mansion to set up the ceremony. By the time we arrived at the mansion on our wedding day, it had already been beautifully decorated by the florist and catering staff. Needless to say, Anh calmly and proficiently directed traffic throughout the entire day.
For us, Anh's most desirable quality was her flexibility in that she was able to seamlessly adapt to many of the atypical challenges we threw at her. She is also hardworking and diligent as well and will see to it that the wedding day goes as smoothly as possible, regardless of the circumstances.
